Viettel Construction JSC (Viettel Construction – CTR ticker) has just announced its February 2025 business results, with revenue reaching VND 865.7 billion, a 4% increase compared to the same period in 2024. Notably, revenue from outside the corporation amounted to VND 284.9 billion, a 4% rise year-on-year. The company witnessed a 10% surge in pre-tax profit compared to the same period in 2024, reaching VND 49.2 billion.

In the first two months of the year, Viettel Construction recorded nearly VND 1,762 billion in revenue and VND 99.7 billion in pre-tax profit, up 3% and 6%, respectively, from the same period in 2024. With these results, the company has achieved 13% of its annual revenue plan and 14% of its pre-tax profit target.
For 2025, Viettel Construction has set ambitious business goals, aiming for a revenue of VND 13,968 billion and a pre-tax profit of VND 721.4 billion, representing a 10.3% and 6.7% increase, respectively, from the previous year. Should the company accomplish these targets, it will surpass its record profit achieved in 2024.

Viettel Construction is renowned as Vietnam’s leading TowerCo. As of the end of February 2025, the company owned 10,114 BTS stations, 2.45 million m2 of DAS, 2,716 km of transmission lines, and 16.92 MWp of solar power. A total of 340 BTS stations are shared by more than two telecom operators, resulting in a sharing ratio of 1.03.
In the Operations and Management sector, Viettel Construction continues to explore and develop plans to incorporate AI technology, focusing on three main applications: AI in cabinet and cable box quality management, AI in spare parts management, and the development of an AI Callbot. The company ensures 100% KP/s network and handles transmission issues for Mytel (Myanmar), Metfone (Cambodia), and other TowerCos.
In the Construction sector, notable B2B projects include a waste-to-energy plant in Ho Chi Minh City with investor VietStar, a 235-unit residential project with investor VFI, a university project in Thai Nguyen, and an office building in Da Nang for FPT. In the B2C&SME segment, Viettel Construction has achieved a coverage rate of 696 out of 701 districts (99%) and 2,974 out of 10,609 communes (28%) for the construction of facilities.
In the Technical Solutions and Services sector, Viettel Construction has undertaken significant projects in the solar energy field, such as the deployment of 1.2 MWp of solar power for the Yamaha factory (VPC), a 977 KWp solar project for Hung Viet Investment Group Joint Stock Company (HCM), and an 842 KWp project for MSL Vietnam Company (NDH), to name a few.
On the stock market, CTR shares closed at VND 112,100 per share on March 17, corresponding to a market capitalization of nearly VND 13,000 billion.
