The People’s Committee of Soc Son District announced that they have successfully coordinated and auctioned the land-use rights for 23 land plots in Tien Duoc Commune, Soc Son District.

The land plots range from 89 sq. m to 200 sq. m, with a starting price of VND 17 million per sq. meter.

The auction was conducted through a direct secret ballot, with an ascending price of VND 2 million per sq. meter.

All 23 land plots were successfully auctioned. The highest bid was VND 93.4 million per sq. meter, while the lowest was VND 63.4 million per sq. meter.

These prices are considered high compared to the average land value in the area.

Previously, on March 8, Soc Son District also successfully auctioned the land-use rights for 36 land plots in Dong Lai Village, Quang Tien Commune, Soc Son District. The highest bid was VND 48.9 million per sq. meter, and the lowest was VND 29.9 million per sq. meter.

It is known that these 36 land plots were re-auctioned after the bidding session on November 29, 2024, was disrupted by individuals bidding VND 30 billion per sq. meter.
