The Hue City Asset Auction Service Center (Center) and the Phong Dien Town Land Development Fund Center will organize an auction for the use of 39 land lots on the morning of April 18.
Accordingly, the auctioned land lots are located in Con Khoai residential area, An Lo neighborhood, Phong Hien ward, Phong Dien town. All are urban land with long-term use.
The land lot sizes range from 152.2 to 333 square meters. The land prices range from VND 5.5 to 6.8 million per square meter, with a starting price of over VND 837 million to over VND 2.2 billion per lot.
The deadline for submitting applications to participate in the auction is 5:30 pm on April 15 at the Center. At the same time, the Center will receive applications at the People’s Committee of Phong Hien ward from 8:30 am to 11:00 am on April 9.
The auction will be held in the form of direct voting at the auction session, with an upward bidding method and no limit on the number of bidding rounds. The auction will take place at the hall of the People’s Committee of Phong Hien ward.

On the same day, the Center will continue to coordinate with the Phong Dien Town Land Development Fund Center to organize an auction for the use of 35 land lots in Ma Da residential area (Zone B and C) belonging to Phong An and Phong Hien wards, Phong Dien town.
Specifically, the land lot sizes range from 212.1 to 342.6 square meters. The unit price ranges from VND 5.5 to 6.1 million per square meter, with a starting price of over VND 1.1 billion to VND 2 billion per lot.
Bidders need to submit their applications by 5:30 pm on April 15 at the Center or at the People’s Committee of Phong An ward from 8:30 am to 11:00 am on April 9.
The auction will be held through direct voting at the auction session, with an upward bidding method and no limit on the number of bidding rounds. The auction will take place at the hall of the People’s Committee of Phong An ward.
Also on April 18, the Center will organize an auction for the use of 17 land lots in Xa Bieu residential area (phase 1) belonging to Tan Lap neighborhood, Phong Thu ward, Phong Dien town.
All 17 auctioned land lots are urban land with long-term use. The land lot sizes range from 234 to 425.4 square meters.
The land prices range from VND 5.5 to 8.3 million per square meter, with a starting price of over VND 1.2 billion to over VND 3.5 billion per lot.
