During the event, Dat Xanh introduced 16 key projects located in Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, and Dong Nai. The company will focus on developing real estate projects in the central areas of major cities, ranging from a few hectares to several dozen hectares in size. They will also develop satellite towns adjacent to central urban areas, ranging from several dozen to several hundred hectares. With a positioning in the luxury segment, the total supply for these projects is expected to reach 52,000 products, estimated to generate VND 370,000 billion in revenue for the company.
Amidst the dwindling housing supply in major cities, these projects will not only meet market demands but also present attractive investment opportunities. With well-planned infrastructure, strategic locations, and modern amenities, Dat Xanh anticipates that these projects will enhance the value of real estate in the respective areas while promoting the sustainable development of the market in the future.
