Receive, recall and organize the destruction of the entire batch of violating products according to regulations and send a report on the recall and destruction to the Drug Administration of Vietnam before May 3, 2025.

The Health Departments of Hanoi and Ha Nam provinces are assigned to supervise the product recall and destruction process, as well as the compliance with legal provisions on cosmetic production and business activities at both bases of Sao Thai Duong Company.

At the same time, the Drug Administration of Vietnam also requested the recall of the Cosmetic Announcement Receipt No. 37/22/CBMP-HNA, according to Point b, Clause 1, Article 46 of Circular No. 06/2011/TT-BYT.
