Consolidated net revenue for Q1 2025 reached VND 84,053 billion, a 287% increase compared to the same period in 2024. The impressive revenue of over USD 3.2 billion was achieved in just the first quarter, attributed to positive growth in the industrial manufacturing, real estate development, and business sectors.

Real estate transfer revenue accounted for more than VND 55,275 billion, while the figure for the same period last year was only VND 4,761 billion. Manufacturing revenue also increased to VND 15,676 billion, 2.6 times higher than the previous year.

Consolidated after-tax profit for Q1 reached VND 2,243 billion, a 68% increase compared to the previous year. As of March 31, 2025, Vingroup’s total assets reached VND 823,270 billion.

In the technology and industry pillar, VinFast solidified its position as the number one electric vehicle brand in Vietnam, delivering over 35,100 vehicles in the first quarter of 2025. As a result, the company’s global sales reached 36,330 vehicles, nearly four times more than the same period last year. Notably, VinFast’s VF 3, VF 5, and VF 6 models topped the best-selling charts in the domestic market.

During this quarter, VinFast also officially launched and started taking deposits for the Green model, optimized for commercial transportation. Within just 72 hours of opening sales, VinFast received 45,813 orders for the four models in the VinFast Green lineup, setting a new record in the Vietnamese automobile market.

The electric motorcycle product line also showed positive signals, with nearly 45,000 units delivered in Q1 2025, 5.7 times higher than the same period last year.

In the commercial and service sector, Vinhomes recorded VND 15,700 billion in revenue and VND 2,700 billion in after-tax profit in Q1 2025. Vinhomes officially launched Vinhomes Wonder City (Dan Phuong, Hanoi), a 133-hectare project strategically located in the western area of the capital with synchronous transportation infrastructure.

In March 2025, the construction of Vinhomes Green City, a nearly 200-hectare project in Duc Hoa, Long An, was commenced. This project is part of the urban and industrial planning along the economic corridor following the belt road 4 and the economic driving force of Long An province, connecting to the Southeast region and Ho Chi Minh City, which will boost the real estate market in the northwestern area of Ho Chi Minh City.

In April 2025, the construction of Vinhomes Green Paradise, a 2,870-hectare coastal urban tourism project in Can Gio, began. This project is expected to become a symbol of sustainable urban development worldwide, marking a historic turning point for Can Gio.

In the hospitality and entertainment sector, Vinpearl experienced growth in the context of international arrivals to Vietnam in Q1 reaching 6 million, the highest in history. By the end of Q1 2025, the total number of guests at Vinpearl hotels increased by 18% compared to the same period, while VinWonders welcomed nearly 1.6 million visitors, a 29% year-over-year increase.

In Q1, Vinmec Can Tho General Hospital was inaugurated, offering 21 specialties and 155 inpatient beds.

At the recent 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, Vingroup’s business plan for 2025 was approved, with targets of VND 300,000 billion in net revenue and VND 10,000 billion in after-tax profit. With a series of government initiatives to boost socio-economic development and a solid foundation for growth in key business areas, Vingroup is confident in achieving its goals for 2025.
