This is the approved plan from the 2025 Annual General Meeting of the Enterprise.

Accordingly, Becamex IJC plans to offer more than 251.8 million shares at a price of VND 10,000/share, which is lower than the market price of VND 11,750/share at the close of May 6th. The number of shares offered in this round is equivalent to nearly 67% of the company’s circulating shares. The newly issued shares to shareholders will not be restricted from transfer.

Out of the nearly VND 2,520 billion expected to be raised, Becamex IJC will mostly use the funds for investment in the Becamex – Binh Phuoc Industrial Park project, as well as the BOT project to upgrade and expand National Highway 13 in Binh Duong province.
