The Bourbon Ben Luc Port is a 15-minute drive away, while the Tan An General Hospital is 20 minutes away. Moreover, a leading Vietnamese supermarket chain will soon open within the project, completing the range of internal utilities and establishing Agora City as a prime destination for commercial, shopping, entertainment, and recreational activities in the region.

The developer representative shared that the project has completed all legal procedures and obtained pink books for each product, ensuring long-term ownership for the proprietors. Additionally, Agora City has finished constructing internal traffic infrastructure, the entrance gate, the statue garden, and introduced a model home complex in mid-2024.

Currently, the project is in its first phase of sales, offering attractive policies. Notably, Thu Thua Invest’s collaboration with MB Bank provides financial support of up to 65% of the product value for up to 35 years, making it easier for customers to own a property in Agora City.
