Kinh Bac (KBC) shared that the Que Vo 2 expanded industrial park is expected to continue the success of Que Vo industrial park and Que Vo expanded industrial park (total area of 611 hectares) – the first industrial park invested and built by KBC in Bac Ninh province since 2003. Currently, these two projects have fully occupied 100% of the commercial land, attracting a total investment capital of over $3 billion.
With the goal of quickly acquiring a land fund to proceed with land lease transactions and hand over land to potential investors in 2025, the company expedited procedures and progress for compensation, site clearance, and infrastructure construction of the industrial park.
Regarding this project, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Huong, Member of the Board of Directors and General Director of KBC, shared at the 2025 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders that Que Vo 2 expanded industrial park has a prime location on Ring Road 4, which has the potential for urban development. Due to the high demand from technology investors, KBC had to make sacrifices to build this industrial park.
In the first months of 2025, KBC also received investment certificates for Trà ng Duệ 3 industrial park (over 652.7 hectares), Trang Cat urban and service area project (nearly 585 hectares), and Kim Thanh 2 industrial park project, phase 1 (nearly 235 hectares) in Hai Duong province.
