On May 10, 2025, the roof-sealing ceremony of the TTC Plaza Danang project and the handover of the commercial podium to AeonMall Vietnam took place at the project site, located at 46 Dien Bien Phu, Chinh Gian Ward, Thanh Khe District, Danang City.
This event marked a significant milestone in the project’s development among the partners: Investor – Nguyen Kim Danang Trading Joint Stock Company, Project Developer – TTC Land, General Contractor Coteccons, and Commercial Podium Tenant – AeonMall Vietnam.
TTC Plaza Danang is a complex of high-rise buildings comprising a shopping mall, office space for lease, serviced apartments, and a luxury hotel. It boasts a prime location in the heart of the city.
With over 122,000 square meters of floor space, TTC Plaza Danang is developed by the investor according to premium standards and is positioned as one of the new symbols of modern and dynamic lifestyle in Danang.
