On May 7, the Chairman of the People’s Committee issued a plan for the auction of land-use rights for subdivided land funds, real estate facilities, and land plots for investment projects in 2025.

The auction of land plots in the city aims to efficiently exploit and promptly put land into use, meeting the land needs of citizens and enterprises and generating revenue for the state budget to supplement public investment and social welfare funds.

It also aims to develop commercial and tourism services, build residential and commercial areas with modern and harmonious architecture, and complete technical infrastructure connections in the surrounding areas to gradually perfect urban areas and civilized and modern residential areas. This will contribute to accelerating urbanization, providing a boost to the local economy and society, helping to meet housing demands and improving the quality of housing for citizens, and strengthening and enhancing the efficiency of land management.

The plan involves 85 land lots covering an area of nearly 14.3 thousand square meters, two mixed-use residential and commercial projects spanning over 30 thousand square meters, and five projects/land plots with a one-time land lease area of more than 42.8 thousand square meters. The auction will take place from June to December 2025, offering a total land area of nearly 87.4 thousand square meters and an expected revenue of over VND 1,942 billion.
