On May 9, the Tân An Ward Police in Buôn Ma Thuột City, Đắk Lắk Province, announced that they are consolidating the case file to proceed with legal handling of a man who vandalized multiple ATM booths on Nguyễn Tất Thành Street in Buôn Ma Thuột City.

The man used rocks to vandalize several ATM booths.
According to initial information, at around 7:30 PM on May 8, a man repeatedly smashed the ATMs of two banks located on Nguyễn Tất Thành Street with bricks and rocks.
Upon receiving the report, officers from the Tân An Ward Police promptly arrived at the scene, restrained the man, and brought him back to the police station for interrogation.
The perpetrator has been identified as T.C.C., a 37-year-old man residing in Tân Lập Ward, Buôn Ma Thuột City.
According to the Tân An Ward Police, Mr. C. exhibited signs of depression and mental instability.
Previously, on April 25, Mr. C. had used a sledgehammer to smash traffic signs on Nguyễn Văn Cừ Street (in Tân Lập Ward, Buôn Ma Thuột City) and was summoned by the police for questioning.
