Three Call Rejections, a Phone Call from SM Green CEO Believed
Nguyen Thanh Huy, a 25-year-old Ho Chi Minh City resident, was the first recipient of the VinFast VF 3 reward from the program. After just three SM Car rides, with the highest fare being VND 147,000, he unexpectedly received a call informing him of his win.
“I hung up three times because I thought it was a scam. It was only when I heard the voice of the SM Green CEO that I believed it was real,” recalled Huy.
When he broke the news to his wife, they both couldn’t hide their skepticism. After verifying the information, joy erupted in their small home, which had just welcomed their first child.
“The car arrived just as my wife gave birth. It felt like all the happiness was converging at one point. It motivated me to work harder in my job and take better care of my family,” he shared.

Mai Phuong, a 28-year-old from Quang Tri, is currently an SM Green Bike driver in Da Nang. Having been attached to the job for over a year, he never thought that one day he would be the lucky winner of a VF 3 car.

“At first, I didn’t believe it, so I checked the winning code online. It was only when my fellow drivers called to congratulate me that I dared to confirm it was true,” he smiled.
He immediately shared the good news with his family, over 100 km away. They were all astonished. “It was on the occasion of the country’s reunification day, and it was also my one-year work anniversary at SM Green. To receive such a grand gift was truly touching,” Phuong expressed.
He plans to obtain a driver’s license and drive the VF 3 back to his hometown to visit his parents more often. To him, the greatest value of this reward is not just the car but the opportunity to be closer to his family and take pride in his chosen career path.
