According to the decision, an adjustment is made to Clause 1, Article 3 of Decision No. 151/QD-CT dated January 14, 2003, of the People’s Committee regarding land retrieval, allocation, and lease to Dai Nam Joint Stock Company for the implementation of the Di An Residential Area project, as follows:

The location of the land plot is at the land lots established by the Provincial Land Registration Office according to the planning overlay map and the area explanation table dated June 3, 2024.
As per the decision, the allocated land has a long-term usage period for residential, transportation, public entertainment and recreation, and community activity purposes (including green space). The commercial and service land, however, will have a usage period until May 6, 2075.
The land price for fulfilling financial obligations shall be applied in accordance with the current laws.
The Department of Natural Resources and Environment is assigned to coordinate with relevant units to determine the land price and present it to the authorized agency for approval. Simultaneously, they will direct the Land Registration Office to grant the enterprise the Certificate of Land Use Rights and ownership of assets attached to the land after completing financial obligations. The information will also be updated and rectified in the land records and database.
Area XVI Tax Department will notify the enterprise of their financial obligations. The Dai Nam Joint Stock Company is responsible for fulfilling the related financial obligations and completing the registration procedures as per regulations.
This Decision takes effect from the signing date (May 6, 2025) and is publicly announced on the provincial portal.
