HOSE Proprietary Trading Continues Net Selling on May 9

Proprietary trading on HOSE recorded a net sell position of over VND 213 billion, a decrease compared to the previous session’s VND 275 billion, marking the second consecutive session of net selling by this group. CII topped the sell list with nearly VND 63 billion. This was followed by MBB (VND 28 billion) and TCB (VND 22 billion).

On the buying side, the largest net buying was seen in FPT (VND 10 billion), VIC (VND 7.3 billion), and DIG (VND 6.2 billion).

Meanwhile, foreign “sharks” continued to maintain a relatively balanced trading session, with a slight net sell position of less than VND 92 billion, marking the first net sell session in May. Foreign investors sold VCB the most, with a net sell value of VND 184 billion. This was followed by VHM (VND 134 billion) and NVL (VND 91 billion).

In terms of net buying, the top three stocks in the top 10 list were FPT (VND 71 billion), MBB (VND 64 billion), and HPG (VND 62 billion), with not much difference in value.
