The Skym project launch event was graced by the presence of representatives from BIM Land, construction partners, design consultants, and 24 strategic distribution units.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Bui Anh Dao, Deputy General Director in charge of the BIM Group’s Construction Bloc and representative of the investor, shared that Skym is the latest high-rise project and a key focus for BIM Land in 2025. With a total investment of nearly VND 3,000 billion, the 40-story tower complex will add nearly 2,000 luxury apartments to the Ha Long market, designed in a hotel-style. Of these, 75% are studio apartments with compact areas for optimized operations. 100% of the apartments offer direct views of Ha Long Bay and the 13.5-hectare musical water landscape lake.

Mr. Bui Anh Dao, Deputy General Director in charge of BIM Group’s Construction Bloc, speaks at the Skym project launch event.
“With its prime central location, modern design adhering to international standards, and breathtaking views encompassing the Heritage Bay, Skym is expected to become a new living icon and a value-enhancing landmark for the entire area,” expressed the representative from BIM Land.
Skym is not just a standalone product but also the next piece in the puzzle of BIM Land’s over 30-year journey of developing the Halong Marina urban area. The Halong Marina ecosystem has already taken shape with international hotels and resorts, a walking street, a seaside square, and large-scale entertainment complexes. In 2025, BIM Land will continue to operate the InterContinental Halong Bay Resort, hand over the ICON40 apartment tower, and develop more service experiences at Halong Marina.
“Today’s event, along with the plan to develop a chain of utilities at Halong Marina, demonstrates our commitment to accompanying Quang Ninh province in upgrading tourism and urban infrastructure quality. With our long-term vision and practical implementation capabilities, BIM Land will continue to pioneer the creation of breakthrough projects, contributing to the realization of the goal of making Ha Long a leading tourism and investment center in the region,” emphasized Mr. Nguyen Van Tinh, Deputy General Director in charge of the Quang Ninh region of BIM Group.

Even though it is a new launch, Skym has quickly attracted the attention of investors due to its innovative product model and the trust in BIM Land’s reputation in the Ha Long market. During the recent holiday, many local investors and tourists visiting the city directly inspected the project and highly appreciated its long-term development potential and superior exploitation capacity that Skym possesses.
Located in the heart of Halong Marina, right on Hoang Quoc Viet Street – the traffic artery connecting Quang Ninh with Hanoi and other northern provinces, Skym enjoys a strategic location adjacent to Lotte Mart trade center and inheriting the vibrant ecosystem of utilities already established in the eastern area of Ha Long Bay.
It is also known that Skym is one of the few coastal apartment projects in Ha Long developed on commercial service land with long-term land use duration – a factor that guarantees its investment, transfer, and flexible exploitation potential.
Skym is created by reputable domestic and foreign partners such as KUME Design Asia (Japan), HBA Vietnam, GrandDesign, and EWD. The project bears the architectural language mark of “Modern Luxury,” refined green landscapes, and a diverse range of modern utilities such as co-working space, infinity pool, four-season pool, lounge, high-end restaurant, and relaxation, entertainment, and community connection spaces…

The Skym apartment complex offers multi-layered water views, overlooking Ha Long Bay and the prominent landscape lake at Halong Marina.
In addition to its location and design, Skym is also backed by BIM Land’s real estate and tourism service ecosystem – a brand with over 30 years of experience in Ha Long. The project assembles a team of international operators, travel consultants, and advisors, ready to efficiently operate Skym, maximizing its business value.
With its entirely new model, Skym affirms BIM Land’s pioneering role in anticipating trends and developing products with real value and sustainable investment potential, amidst the context of tourism and real estate in Ha Long regaining momentum.
