In reality, Popeyes is not the only brand facing this issue. Previously, other prominent names like KFC Vietnam, Jollibee, and Texas Chicken Vietnam have also spoken out against rampant impersonation, with numerous accounts using their names, images, and logos to interact and leave comments. This could lead to confusion, causing a section of users to believe in inaccurate information, impacting personal experiences and brand image. This is the reason why these brands have collectively spoken out recently, encouraging consumers to be vigilant and proactive in protecting their rights.
