Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha, former General Director of VitaDairy, played a strategic role in the company’s journey to its current position. She has been appointed to the position of Board Member, advising on business and marketing strategies. Ms. Ha will work alongside the new General Director, Ms. Nguyen Bich Hao, to focus on expanding the company’s international business ventures.

Founded in 2005 by a passionate group of doctors, pharmacists, and leading nutrition experts, VitaDairy initially focused on the therapeutic nutrition segment. Despite the small market, VitaDairy quickly established itself with its deep understanding of patient conditions and strong medical background. They pioneered innovative therapeutic nutrition products such as Nepro for kidney patients and CaloSure for nutritional support.

From 2010 to 2015, Ms. Nguyen Bich Hao, as a founding shareholder and Board Member, served as the General Director, laying a solid foundation for VitaDairy Vietnam. She then shifted her focus to expanding the business in Tasmania, Australia.

2018 marked a significant milestone in VitaDairy’s history. Under the leadership of CEO Nguyen Thi Ha, the company restructured and ventured into the children’s nutritional milk powder market. This bold move into a highly concentrated segment dominated by large and foreign manufacturers showcased CEO Nguyen Thi Ha’s rare vision and leadership. She steered VitaDairy towards pioneering and dominating the Immunity Nutrition segment with an exclusive source of ColosIgG 24h colostrum imported from the USA. As a result, within less than five years, VitaDairy achieved a remarkable 20-fold growth in revenue, securing its position as one of the Top 2 largest children’s milk powder companies in Vietnam in terms of market share (according to NielsenIQ data as of May 2024).

Ms. Nguyen Bich Hao rejoined VitaDairy Vietnam as Deputy General Director in 2023, working closely with CEO Nguyen Thi Ha. With her visionary approach and operational expertise, Ms. Hao set the goal of digital transformation and successfully led the implementation of the V-UP project for digital transformation and IFRS application. This pivotal project optimized VitaDairy’s resources and standardized processes, paving the way for dynamic growth, multi-industry development, and a new level of business expansion.

“Building on our history with courage and determination, VitaDairy will focus on strategic pillars: investing in R&D and product development, enhancing technology, and solidifying a sustainable distribution ecosystem,” shared Ms. Nguyen Bich Hao. “Our goal is to establish VitaDairy as the leading Nutrition brand, not only in Vietnam but also in export markets.”
