VinFast, Vietnam’s leading electric vehicle manufacturer, has taken a significant step towards strengthening its after-sales service network in the Philippines. As per the recently signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), VinFast will collaborate with four capable partners to establish authorized service centers across the country. Together, they will provide maintenance, repair, and car care services that meet VinFast’s global standards.

Specifically, VinFast and Goodyear Philippines aim to establish 50 authorized VinFast service centers by 2025. Similarly, Marcjan Cavite plans to open 8 centers, while Tire King and Rubber Products and Power Tread each aim for 7 centers.

These authorized service centers will adhere to stringent standards for infrastructure, machinery, equipment, and technician expertise. They will prioritize providing genuine VinFast services and parts to ensure customer satisfaction.

As part of this collaboration, VinFast is committed to supporting its partners through comprehensive training programs, technical consulting, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to expedite the expansion of the authorized service center network.

These latest agreements, coupled with previous MoUs signed with JIGA and Motech, position VinFast for a significant leap forward in building its electric vehicle ecosystem in the Philippines, elevating the after-sales experience for its customers.
