On May 15, the People’s Committee of Ward 3, Da Lat City, Lam Dong Province, announced that functional forces from the Ward, in coordination with relevant units from the city, had forcibly dismantled several illegal constructions in the area.

Authorities are handling the unauthorized constructions at the Eco-Tourism and Resort – Spa Project on Dang Thai Than Street.
Through the reflection of the Da Lat IOC Center, a large-scale, one-story, one-floor prefabricated house construction was discovered on Trieu Viet Vuong Street. Ward 3 authorities immediately inspected the site, but the investor could not present a construction permit.
Not far from there, an unauthorized construction was also discovered during an inspection at the address of 27 An Binh. Additionally, on May 14, the units of Ward 3 detected three illegal constructions in the alley of 31 Street.
The Ward 3 authorities and relevant units have made records and organized the dismantling of all violating constructions.
Also, in the same ward, the authorities are dismantling all unauthorized constructions in the Eco-Tourism and Resort – Spa Project on Dang Thai Than Street (also known as Rừng Lá Phong) invested by Vinh Xuan Company Limited.

At this project, Vinh Xuan Company Limited had constructed a total of 12 structures scattered under the forest canopy with an iron frame, iron boxwood floor, and concrete pouring, violating a total area of 744 square meters. Up to now, this enterprise has not been able to present a construction permit from the competent authority.
Besides, the Ward 3 People’s Committee has made a dossier and submitted it to the Da Lat City People’s Committee for handling and administratively fining the case of an unauthorized construction within the management boundary of the National Tourist Area of Tuyen Lam Lake, located at the intersection of Hoa Hong Street and Tran Thanh Tong Street, invested by Ms. H.T.D.
Accordingly, by May 18, if Ms. H.T.D does not self-remedy, the competent authorities will proceed to forcibly dismantle the construction.
