With this collaboration, Flamingo has also implemented a policy to support the owners of villas who do not intend to operate their properties by offering long-term rentals with a guaranteed income of VND 40 million per month.

Currently, the investor still offers attractive policies to help customers own valuable heirloom real estate at Golden Hill. Starting from VND 2.8 billion, investors can become the owners of a villa with an area of 105-180m2 in this promising project.

In case financial support is needed, customers will benefit from an interest support policy for up to 24 months from the first disbursement, with a payment schedule extended to 18 months. Flamingo signs a sales contract with a payment condition of only 15% of the value of the sales contract. If you choose the early payment option, you will enjoy an additional cash flow discount of up to 8%.

The project is also expected to have significant growth potential due to the currently low prices in Ha Nam. According to Batdongsan.com.vn, Ha Nam is one of the most concerned satellite real estate markets of the capital last year. This trend has continued positively since the beginning of this year, as the Hanoi market started to witness a shortage of villas priced below VND 20 billion.
