The new 35-hectare subdivision of The Grand Ho Tram, with an investment of over $1 billion, includes a 5-star hotel system, resorts, entertainment facilities, a casino, and an international convention and exhibition center. This is part of the overall project of The Grand Ho Tram and contributes to a total investment of over $4 billion in the project, with 9,000 rooms, becoming one of the leading international resorts in Southeast Asia.

The project integrates comprehensive health care and treatment centers, diverse sports and entertainment centers, family entertainment areas, and internationally-standard MICE facilities. The Grand Ho Tram affirms its position as a leading luxury tourism brand in the region with its ecosystem of “One Destination – Million Experiences.”

The project gathers world-class amenities such as the top-ranked The Bluffs golf course and renowned hotel brands: InterContinental Grand Ho Tram, Holiday Inn Resort Ho Tram Beach, and Ixora Ho Tram by Fusion.

With its superior location and development potential, Ho Tram is becoming an attractive destination for domestic and international tourists. Located 50km from Long Thanh International Airport and 120km from Ho Chi Minh City’s financial center, Ho Tram is supported by a modern transportation infrastructure that is continuously being invested in and upgraded with key expressways such as Bien Hoa – Vung Tau, Ben Luc – Long Thanh, and connections to international airports and seaports.

This reduces travel time and facilitates Ho Tram to welcome about 100 million international visitors each year, along with a abundant domestic visitors.
