The People’s Committee of Bao Loc City, Lam Dong Province, has issued decisions approving the auction results for numerous land plots in Zone P9, which is part of the detailed planning for the urban center expansion area in Ward 1, Bao Loc City.

According to the recently issued decisions, the highest bid for a land plot was for lot A19, which was won by a local resident with a bid of VND 15.05 billion. With a land area of 84 square meters, the average winning bid for this plot equates to approximately VND 179.2 million per square meter.
This particular land plot is designated for urban residential use and will be allocated through a land-use rights auction, with the winner paying the land use fee in a single installment.
In addition to lot A19, several other 84-square-meter land plots were also auctioned off, with winning bids ranging from VND 2.5 billion to over VND 7 billion per lot.
Specifically, lot A17 sold for VND 7.2 billion, lot A11 for VND 7.15 billion, lot A08 for VND 7.06 billion, lot A09 for VND 7.09 billion, lot A07 for VND 6.97 billion, lot A01 for VND 6.72 billion, lot A02 for VND 6.33 billion, lot A15 for VND 6.8 billion, lot A05 for VND 6.62 billion, lot A10 for VND 6.9 billion, and lot A12 for VND 6.92 billion.
Previously, on April 21, the competent authorities in Bao Loc also organized an auction for 20 land plots in Zone P9, which is part of the detailed planning for the Urban Center Expansion Area in Ward 1. Each plot measured 68 square meters, with a starting price of VND 1.632 billion, bringing the total starting price for all 20 plots to VND 32.64 billion.
The auction was successful, with all 20 land plots finding winners and a total winning bid amount of VND 51.78 billion, representing an increase of over VND 19.14 billion compared to the starting price.
