Spanning 96 hectares and with a total investment of nearly VND 37,000 billion, the February 3rd Street Urban Area project is Sun Group’s visionary development, aiming to become a new icon of Vung Tau- Saigon. This project seamlessly blends historical and cultural values with a modern lifestyle.

Strategically located in wards 10 and 11 of Vung Tau City, the project enjoys convenient connectivity to surrounding areas via National Highway 51, the Long Thanh- Dau Giay Expressway, and the Bien Hoa- Vung Tau and Ben Luc- Long Thanh expressways, which are currently under rapid construction. Additionally, the project is within a 60-kilometer radius of the Long Thanh mega-airport project, opening up connections to domestic and international visitors. The planned merger with Ho Chi Minh City also boosts the project’s potential.

As the largest-scale project in Vung Tau, the February 3rd Street Urban Area is meticulously designed with an aesthetic spirit and functional zoning. It comprises five distinct areas, including high-rise apartments, low-rise villas, a retail complex, and a condotel hotel. The highlight of the project is a 19-hectare themed water park.

Drawing inspiration from the journey of Portuguese and French explorers who discovered Vung Tau centuries ago, and infusing it with the distinctive spirit of Southern Vietnam, the project’s architecture is a fusion of Eastern and Western, traditional and modern influences. Designed by Aedas, a global design consultancy giant, the high-rise apartment towers stand tall like modern “lighthouses,” symbolizing urban living. Meanwhile, the seaside villa area, Fishing Village, and the French and Portuguese-inspired neighborhoods, French District and Portuguese District, evoke the elegance of European classical style blended with local charm.

At the heart of the project lies the 19-hectare themed water park, offering a premier recreational and exploratory experience in Vung Tau. It promises to be a vibrant entertainment hub in the Southeast region.

The water park is divided into four zones, each bearing cultural and historical imprints: Zone 1 recreates the cultural space of Southern Vietnam with floating markets, fishing villages, and coracle boats; Zone 2 evokes the “Silk Road Journey,” simulating the legendary European trade route on the Eastern Sea; Zone 3 is considered a “spiritual land,” taking visitors back in time to the Oc Eo- Funan culture; Zone 4 explores the lush riverine ecosystem and pristine nature of Southern Vietnam.

Notably, the water park boasts a dual wave pool, one of the largest in Vietnam (1.8 meters and 2.4 meters high), and a super-speed water slide with an impressive length in the Asia-Pacific region (over 300 meters). These attractions are expected to draw millions of domestic and international visitors.

With a capacity to accommodate approximately 13,000 residents and 11,000 tourists, the February 3rd Street Urban Area is not just an ideal place to live but also a world-class tourist destination. The project is expected to create thousands of job opportunities for locals and significantly boost the service, tourism, and real estate industries.
