It was attended by more than 1.5 million people nationwide, including those at district and communal levels.

This significant conference aimed to communicate the core contents, new points, and focus of the documents of the 11th Party Central Committee meeting. Based on this, Party committees, Party organizations, ministries, sectors, and localities continue to propagate, implement, and deploy the contents in their respective areas.

At the conference, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh presented Topic 1 on “The draft documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress: New points in the Summary of some theoretical and practical issues on 40 years of renewal towards socialism in Vietnam; New points in the draft Report on the summary of Party building work and the implementation of the Party Statute to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress; New points in the draft Political Report; New points in the draft Report on the 5-year implementation of the socio-economic development strategy for 2021-2030, and orientations and tasks for socio-economic development for 2026-2030.”

National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man presented Topic 2 on “Constitutional and legal revisions; Orientations for the election of the 16th National Assembly deputies and People’s Council deputies at all levels for the term 2026-2031.”

Following this, Head of the Central Organization Commission Le Minh Hung presented Topic 3 on “Continuing to streamline the organizational apparatus towards being more efficient, effective, and powerful; Amendments to the regulations on the implementation of the Party Statute; Directive amending Directive No. 35-CT/TW dated June 14, 2024, and Conclusion No. 118-KL/TW dated January 18, 2025 of the 13th Party Central Committee on Party congresses at all levels in the term 2025-2030.” Implementation plan.
