With a selling price of VND 11,840 per share, TDC raised nearly VND 322 billion from the offering, after deducting related expenses. The company’s charter capital also increased from VND 1,000 billion to over VND 1,272 billion.
According to the issuance plan, TDC will use the entire proceeds from the offering for debt restructuring by repurchasing part of the TDC.BOND.700.2020 bonds before maturity. The outstanding principal amount of these bonds as of December 31, 2024, was VND 700 billion. The expected disbursement period is Q1/2025. However, this issuance plan indicates that TDC requires only VND 350 billion for its debt restructuring strategy.
