According to the authorities, as reported by the NLD newspaper, the supplementary candy “Kera Vegetable Candy” was a collaborative product between Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien and the shareholders of Chi Em Rot Company. Thuy Tien received a profit share of 30% according to the capital contribution agreement, while the remaining shareholders held 70% of the shares.
Who is Le Thanh Cong?
Among the defendants, a notable figure is Le Thanh Cong, 36 years old, a member of the Board of Directors of Chi Em Rot Company.
According to the National Portal on Business Registration, at the time of the establishment of Chi Em Rot Company in November 2024, Le Thanh Cong (from Cua Nam Ward, Vinh City, Nghe An Province) contributed 19% of the charter capital, equivalent to VND 950 million.

Previously, Le Thanh Cong had worked in the field of e-commerce. Later, as he expanded his network, he also ventured into finance, business, and investment.

The company is headquartered in Hanoi, with an initial charter capital of VND 4 billion. Le Thanh Cong contributed 55%, Thuy Tien contributed 10%, and the remaining shares belonged to other shareholders.
The company’s legal representative and director is Vo Thi Loc (28 years old). In the media, Thuy Tien is often referred to as the “chairman” of the company.
By the end of 2022, the company increased its capital to VND 8 billion, but the detailed shareholder structure after the capital increase has not been announced.
