As per the collaboration, TDH will distribute Bosch products through four main channels: large appliance centers (Dien May Cho Lon, Nguyen Kim, etc.); retail systems for kitchen appliances and specialized household appliances; providing products for apartment, condotel, hotel, and serviced apartment projects; and partnering with kitchen cabinet designers, architects, and construction contractors to integrate products directly into projects.
In addition to distribution, TDH will also handle technical consulting, installation, maintenance services, and Bosch brand communication to consumers.
The new Chairman of the Board, Tran Thanh Vinh, shared: “We are reshaping the operating model and developing the distribution company to bring products such as lighting equipment, air conditioners, doors… into the real estate value chain. This will not only serve TDH’s projects but also expand cooperation with other real estate corporations in the future.”
Mr. Vinh expects the distribution sector to generate revenue of VND 150-200 billion in 2025 and VND 600-800 billion in 2026 when the market stabilizes and the distribution system operates synchronously.
Regarding the partnership, Mr. Stefan Regel, General Director of BSH Bosch Vietnam, said: “Vietnam is one of the most dynamic markets for Bosch in the region. Collaborating with TDH will help the brand reach consumers in a new and more realistic way that meets the needs of Vietnamese consumers.”
BSH Germany is a subsidiary of a corporation that owns several household appliance brands such as Bosch, Siemens, Gaggenau, and Neff. Bosch stands out with its range of induction cooktops, dishwashers, ovens, range hoods, washing machines, glass washers, and smart home systems.
The collaboration with Bosch marks a new direction for TDH under the leadership of the new Chairman, Mr. Tran Thanh Vinh. Mr. Vinh became the Chairman of TDH’s Board of Directors on February 17, 2025, after being elected to the BOD at an extraordinary general meeting on February 14. At the meeting, he outlined four major tasks that TDH will undertake in the future, including exploring new business areas.

In addition to this new direction, TDH’s business results also improved in the first quarter of 2025, with a net profit of nearly VND 6 billion, compared to a loss in the same period last year. This improvement was mainly due to an extraordinary other income of over VND 7 billion, which TDH explained was due to the rearrangement of payables over 10 years.
On its website, TDH also announced positive developments regarding the refund of over VND 365 billion in VAT and late payment interest. As a result, the company has a basis for refunding the late payment interest previously provided for.
