The People’s Committee of Ha Dong district has just announced a list of
projects that have not been accepted for fire prevention and control
(FPC) inspection as stipulated in the Government’s Decree No.
50/2024/ND-CP dated May 10, 2024, and are operating in the
district. The list includes over 50 schools and numerous office
buildings and high-rise buildings that have not passed FPC
inspection.

The Mixed-Use Tower for Entrepreneurs (in Mo Lao ward) is among the
properties that have not undergone FPC inspection. According to the
Mo Lao ward People’s Committee, the tower’s management has
committed to a timeline to address the FPC-related issues. In
addition to the Mixed-Use Tower, there are over 300 establishments
in Mo Lao ward that have not fully resolved their FPC-related
issues.

In La Khe ward (Ha Dong district), the Usilk City Tower Cluster has
also not been accepted for FPC inspection.

Additionally, the Yen Nghia Bus Station (in Yen Nghia ward) has not
been accepted for FPC inspection. A representative from the bus
station shared that they have equipped the station with necessary
firefighting equipment, but due to certain reasons, the station has
not passed the FPC inspection yet.

Currently, the Yen Nghia Bus Station has planned and committed to
addressing the FPC-related issues according to the proposed
timeline.

It is known that not only Yen Nghia Bus Station but also many other
bus stations in Hanoi have not been accepted for FPC inspection.

The CT5AB Tower Cluster in La Khe ward has also been operating
without passing the FPC inspection.

Not far from there, the CT6 Tower (in La Khe ward) has also not been
accepted for FPC inspection.
