On May 23rd, the People’s Committee of Hanoi issued four decisions regarding adjustments and supplements to the 2025 Land Use Plan in Phu Xuyen, Me Linh, Thuong Tin, and Long Bien districts.

In Long Bien district, the Hanoi People’s Committee added 21 projects, including key initiatives: Upgrading and improving Cau Bay River; constructing three planned roads (a 13m-wide road connecting the left dike of Hong River to Ngoc Thuy 40m road, one from Ngoc Thuy alley 66 to Ngoc Thuy 40m road, and another 13.5m-wide road from Ngoc Thuy alley 140 to the end of plot A.8/NT2), Ngoc Thuy Ward; TP1.2 project: Land clearance in Long Bien district; and constructing Tran Hung Dao Bridge, covering approximately 218.27 hectares of land.

In Me Linh district, the city adjusted and supplemented 26 projects, including newly registered ones: Constructing a new inland port for vessel berthing, cargo loading and unloading, container yards, construction material storage, and other goods; upgrading and improving roads, drainage systems in Lien Mac residential area, Me Linh district; building a road connecting the 100-axis of the Me Linh urban center to the district polyclinic and then to the left dike of the Hong River; constructing Van Khe pumping station and drainage channels to the Hong River in Me Linh district, along with new urban areas and technical infrastructure for land auction plots in Me Linh district’s villages, covering 1,192.57 hectares of land.

In Phu Xuyen district, the city added four projects: Investing in technical infrastructure for the resettlement area next to Truyen Thong Road, An Khoai Village, Phuc Tien Commune, Phu Xuyen District; upgrading and improving the inter-communal road from Provincial Road 428 through Vinh Ninh Village to Vinh Ha Village, Khai Thai Commune; Nam Tien craft village industrial cluster, Phu Xuyen District; and constructing the Nam Chinh urban area, Phu Xuyen District, covering approximately 69.01 hectares of land.

In Thuong Tin district, Hanoi adjusted and supplemented 13 projects, including crucial ones: The production management office of Thuong Tin Power Company; Hoa Binh craft village cluster – Phase 1, Thuong Tin district; public entertainment, recreation, sports, and fitness area in Van Tao; police stations in To Hieu and Nghiem Xuyen communes, covering about 93.29 hectares of land.
