The Khoai Chau Urban, Eco-Tourism and Golf Complex project covers an area of nearly 1,000 hectares with a total investment of over $1.5 billion. It includes a 54-hole VIP golf course, resorts, premium villas, a modern urban area, and international-standard utilities.

As a strategic cooperation between The Trump Organization and Hung Yen Company, a member of Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation, this is the first Trump-branded project in Vietnam. It continues the quality standards that have made Trump properties globally renowned and promises to become one of the most iconic destinations in the country.
This project is also of international scale and significance for the socio-economic development and growth acceleration of Hung Yen province in particular and the whole country in general. It is expected to maximize the tourism potential of the Red River Delta region and become a symbolic work, marking the comprehensive strategic cooperative relationship between Vietnam and the United States.
Speaking at the event, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh expressed his delight to attend the groundbreaking ceremony in the atmosphere of the whole country celebrating the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South and national reunification, the 135th birthday of the beloved President Ho Chi Minh, and towards the celebration of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2nd.

The Prime Minister shared that Vietnam had gone through 40 years of war, 30 years of blockade and embargo, but with a strong spirit of self-reliance and self-improvement, the country has overcome difficulties and challenges to build a beautiful and thriving nation.
Although Vietnam still faces many difficulties and challenges, with the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the management of the State, and the unity of the people, Vietnam will continue to build a more prosperous and beautiful country, standing side by side with the powerful nations of the five continents as beloved President Ho Chi Minh wished.
The Prime Minister emphasized the significance of this project in promoting the Vietnam-US relationship to become more substantive, effective, and comprehensive; affirming the confidence of foreign investors, including US investors, in Vietnam. It contributes to the rapid and sustainable development of Hung Yen and Vietnam, with world-class projects that are green, clean, and beautiful; enhancing the brand value of Hung Yen and Vietnam; transferring advanced management technology; and creating jobs and livelihoods for the people.
In fact, leading US corporations such as Intel, Nike, Apple, Boeing, Nvidia, and now The Trump Organization are expanding their investments, affirming their trust in Vietnam’s business environment.

The Prime Minister recalled that during his first term, President Donald Trump visited Vietnam twice, leaving good impressions and sentiments. The Vietnam-US Comprehensive Strategic Partnership has continued to develop positively, making important contributions to peace, cooperation, and development in the region and the world. Vietnam looks forward to welcoming President Trump back to the country.
Assessing that the presence of Mr. Eric Trump and his wife at the groundbreaking ceremony has created motivation and inspiration for the project, the Prime Minister stated that the groundbreaking is just the beginning, and there is a large volume of work ahead in finalizing the design, site clearance for a large area, and organizing construction to ensure progress, quality, technical and artistic standards, environmental hygiene, and labor safety.
The Prime Minister hoped that Hung Yen province and the ministries and sectors would closely coordinate and actively support the completion of the project within two years, in time for the APEC 2027 event in Vietnam. He believed that the project would contribute to taking the service sector of Hung Yen to a new height and affirm the good relationship between the two countries.
The Prime Minister sincerely thanked and hoped that the people would continue to support and give up their land for the project, contributing to the development of the homeland. He requested that the local authorities take good care of the lives and livelihoods of those who have given up their land for the project, ensuring that their new residence is better than the previous one.
The Prime Minister emphasized that Hung Yen has a proud history and heroic tradition. The province is a “land of geographical advantages and talented people,” as the saying goes, “Second only to the Capital, Pho Hien is the best.” He proposed that the province continue to promote this tradition in the new era of the nation’s prosperous development, civilization, and prosperity, with the people’s happiness and well-being.

The Prime Minister believed that the project would be successfully completed in the shortest time, bringing benefits to investors and the common interests of the two countries, contributing to peace, stability, cooperation, and development in the region and the world.
