The People’s Committee of the province assigns the Management Board of the Economic Zones and Industrial Parks to urgently inspect and complete the relevant dossiers and procedures in accordance with the law. They are also responsible for gathering opinions from various sectors, appraising the proposal for the investment policy of the Tam Anh 3 – Indusvalley Industrial Park, and reporting to the People’s Committee for consideration and reporting to the competent authorities for approval.
Earlier, in early May, Quang Nam province invited investors to participate in the development of Tam Anh 3 Industrial Park, located in Tam Anh commune, Nui Thanh district.

The project covers an area of 250 hectares and features a synchronized technical infrastructure that caters to the production and business needs of enterprises. Investors in the Tam Anh 3 Industrial Park project will enjoy attractive incentives regarding land lease, corporate income tax, import tax on machinery and equipment, along with other support policies as stipulated by the law and the specific policies of Quang Nam province.
By 2030, Quang Nam aims to develop 29 industrial parks with a total area of over 10,500 hectares, including more than 7,500 hectares of new industrial land. The province prioritizes attracting investment capital from non-state budget sources and creates the most favorable conditions for investors.
In October 2024, Indusvalley Chu Lai JSC proposed the development of the Tam Anh 3 – Indusvalley Industrial Park in the Tam Anh Industrial Park. The planned area for this project is 230 hectares, with a total investment capital of VND 2,599 billion, including mobilized capital of VND 2,200 billion, owner’s equity of VND 399 billion, and working capital of VND 99 billion. The industrial park is expected to provide jobs for over 8,000 laborers, giving priority to local workers.
Indusvalley Chu Lai is currently the investor in the Indusvalley Chu Lai workshop rental project. Established in 2018, Indusvalley Chu Lai is a member of An An Hoa. Its initial chartered capital was VND 20 billion, with Ms. Le Thi Nghia (Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director) holding a 51% stake, Mr. Le Quang Tin holding 39%, and Mr. Nguyen Anh Tu holding 10%. In March, the company raised its chartered capital to VND 564 billion.
In addition to Indusvalley Chu Lai, the An An Hoa group also includes other companies such as An Hoa One-Member Limited Liability Company, which specializes in investing in the construction of residential areas, urban areas, and workshop rentals; Comin An Hoa Joint Stock Company, which produces construction materials such as commercial concrete, prestressed concrete piles, and centrifugal concrete pipes; Le Ngoc Anh Trading-Construction One-Member Limited Liability Company, which focuses on investing in the construction of residential areas, urban areas, and commercial centers; An Hoa Industrial Park and Urban Joint Stock Company, which invests in the construction of residential areas, urban areas, and commercial centers, as well as industrial park infrastructure; and Ecovillage Bac Tra My Joint Stock Company, which specializes in constructing technical infrastructure for urban areas, workshop areas, and industrial parks.
