
Veteran entrepreneur Pham Thanh Hung appointed as Independent Board Member of Hyra Holdings.
At the recent 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, Hyra Holdings officially announced its Board of Directors for the term 2021-2026.
Alongside Mr. Tran Nam Chung, Chairman of the Board, and Mr. Nguyen Van Phuong, Board Member, Hyra Holdings introduced Mr. Pham Thanh Hung as their new Independent Board Member.
Mr. Hung is a well-known veteran entrepreneur and a familiar face in Vietnam’s startup community. He currently serves as the Vice Chairman of CENGROUP Joint Stock Company and as Chairman/CEO of multiple companies, including CenInvest, CenHomes, Cenland, and CenValue.
Entrepreneur Pham Thanh Hung is commonly referred to as Shark Hung, a long-time investor and a familiar face on the hot seat across seasons of Shark Tank Vietnam.
According to Hyra Holdings, Shark Hung’s role as an independent board member will not only entail overseeing transparent strategies but also connecting the company with international investment funds and infusing modern governance into Vietnam’s tech ecosystem.
During the 2025 Annual General Meeting, Hyra Holdings also approved the establishment of a venture capital fund named Hyra Combinator, valued at USD 500 million by 2030. The fund will focus on breakthrough fields such as AI, Fintech, Blockchain, and Quantum Tech, operating with a blended capital model.

Shark Hung will facilitate connections between Hyra Holdings and international investment funds.
Hyra Holdings is introduced as a global innovation group founded in 2021, headquartered in Vietnam, and operating across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and the United States.
The company invests in and develops foundational technologies in decentralized AI, blockchain Layer-3, financial technology, and post-quantum security. It combines a venture capital investment strategy with ecosystem development to enable comprehensive and sustainable innovation at scale.

For the period of 2026-2030, Hyra Holdings aims to develop 9 strategic technology products and expand into over 30 international markets. The company has also set its IPO roadmap for 2030, with potential listings in Singapore, Dubai, or the United States.
