The project site in Dong Anh district has been mostly cleared, and to facilitate the groundbreaking ceremony on the morning of May 19th (as indicated by the arrow), nearly 2 km of the access road in Dong Hoi, Dong Anh district, has been constructed and asphalted.

The access road to Tu Lien Bridge in the future will have a sufficiently wide cross-section of 6 vehicle lanes and accompanying sidewalks.

The construction units have cleared and leveled the access road area up to the Duong River bank in Dong Anh, with the Red River located further ahead.

The access road to Tu Lien Bridge, stretching over 2 km from Truong Sa Road (National Highway 5 Extension) to the Duong River embankment, is taking shape.

The entire construction area of Tu Lien Bridge, including its location on the ground (indicated by the dark pink line), has been agreed upon and mapped by the relevant units. With a length of 5.1 km, Tu Lien Bridge will be the first bridge to span both the Red River and the Duong River.

The bridge’s starting point in the inner city is at Au Co Street (opposite Thang Loi Hotel), and the access road will follow the current Lane 310 of Nghi Tam Street.

In Dong Anh, the connection point of the Tu Lien Bridge project is where the bridge road intersects with the current Truong Sa Road.

A simulated bridge section (indicated by the dark pink line) shows the crossing over the Red River and Duong River.

The intersection of Tu Lien Bridge’s access road (red line) and Truong Sa Road in Dong Hoi, Dong Anh, is expected to become a major interchange with high traffic density in northern Hanoi once the bridge is open to traffic.
