Constrexim Complex Project by CTX Holdings

The Board of Directors of CTX Holdings has agreed to transfer the entire investment project of the Commercial, Apartment, and Office Complex at lot A1-2, new urban area of Cau Giay, Hanoi (Constrexim Complex). The Company’s Board of Directors has agreed to the content of the deposit draft for the transfer. However, the transferee is not disclosed.

Strategically located, Constrexim Complex borders three roads: Xuan Thuy, Pham Hung, and Tran Quoc Vuong. The land area spans approximately 2.5 hectares and used to be the temporary Dich Vong Hau agricultural produce market. According to the plan, the project will consist of five towers ranging from 38 to 45 stories.

In the consolidated financial statements for the first quarter of 2025, the Company recorded an investment of approximately VND 465 billion in the above project.

Previously, in December 2024, the Board of Directors of CTX Holdings passed a resolution approving the draft agreement in principle for cooperation and investment with a partner to develop the Constrexim Complex project.

In terms of financial results, CTX concluded the first quarter of 2025 with over VND 41 billion in revenue, a 25% increase compared to the same period last year. However, net profit decreased by 22%, reaching nearly VND 2 billion. The Company has not yet announced its business plan for this year and is expected to hold the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June 27 in Hanoi.

CTX, formerly known as the equitized state-owned enterprise – Vietnam Construction, Import-Export Investment Joint Stock Company, has a charter capital of over VND 789 billion. The Company operates in the fields of real estate investment and business, construction, hotels, and office leasing.

In addition to Constrexim Complex, CTX is also the investor of many other prominent projects, including the 5-star hotel Pao’s Sapa Leisure Hotel (Lao Cai), Champa Legend Hotel (Nha Trang), the marine ecological area in Quang Nam, and the PentStudio project (Tay Ho, Hanoi).
