Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (ACB-HOSE code) has just updated its list of shareholders owning over 1% of its charter capital.
As of May 21, the Employees Provident Fund Board held 45,600,446 shares, representing a 1.021% stake in ACB.

According to ACB’s previously disclosed data, as of September 10, 2024, ACB had five new shareholders holding 6.774% of its charter capital. These included three institutional investors: Giang Sen Trading and Investment JSC, Bach Thanh Trading and Investment JSC, and Thien Huong International Education Village JSC.
Specifically, Giang Sen Trading and Investment JSC currently holds nearly 80.3 million ACB shares, equivalent to a 1.798% stake. Related parties to this shareholder own 228.1 million ACB shares, representing a 5.107% stake in the bank.
Bach Thanh Trading and Investment JSC owns 55.9 million ACB shares, accounting for a 1.252% stake. Related parties to this shareholder hold over 250.2 million shares, equivalent to a 5.609% stake.
Thien Huong International Education Village JSC holds 58.57 million shares, or a 1.311% stake. Related parties to this shareholder own 107.75 million shares, representing a 2.412% stake.
The two individual shareholders are Nguyen Thien Huong JENNY, holding over 60 million shares or a 1.344% stake, and related parties holding over 113.8 million shares or a 2.548% stake.
The other individual shareholder, Nguyen Duc Hieu JONNY, holds over 47.73 million shares, or a 1.069% stake, while related parties to Duc Hieu hold over 126 million shares, representing a 2.823% stake.
However, as of April 29, 2025, ACB’s updated list of shareholders with over 1% charter capital showed that Ms. Nguyen Thien Huong JENNY had increased her holdings in ACB to 63,232,810 shares, or a 1.416% stake, while related parties held 111,527,385 shares, or a 2.497% stake.
Mr. Nguyen Duc Hieu JONNY also increased his holdings to 51,017,819 shares, or a 1.142% stake, while related parties held 123,742,376 shares, representing a 2.770% stake in ACB.

It is worth noting that ACB announced a shareholder registration deadline of May 26, 2025, for both cash and stock dividend payments. The ex-dividend date was set as May 23, 2025.
On June 5, ACB will pay a cash dividend of 10% per share (VND 1,000 per share). With 4,446,657,912 circulating shares, ACB will need to allocate VND 4,467 billion for this dividend payment.
Regarding the stock dividend, ACB plans to issue a maximum of nearly 670 million new shares as a dividend to its shareholders at a ratio of 15% (for every 100 shares held, shareholders will receive 15 new shares). The bank expects to complete this stock dividend issuance in Q3 2025.
