On May 24th, the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee issued a decision on the appointment of a part-time head of the Organization Committee.
As per the decision, Mr. Bui Thang, Deputy Secretary of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, has been appointed as the part-time head of the Organization Committee of Lam Dong Province, effective June 1st.
Mr. Bui Thang, aged 56, was born in Tho Xuan District, Thanh Hoa Province, and hails from Tu Nghia District, Quang Ngai Province. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and has a senior political theory level.

Earlier, on the afternoon of May 22nd, the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee organized a conference to announce the decision of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on personnel work.
According to the Hung Yen newspaper, at the conference, the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee Organization announced the decision of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on personnel work.
Decision No. 1558-QD/TU dated May 12, 2025, of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee decided to: Transfer and appoint Mr. Tran Van Thang, Deputy Chief of Office of the Provincial People’s Committee, Director of the Public Administration Service and Administrative Procedure Control Center of Hung Yen province, as Deputy Head of the Internal Political Committee, for a term of 5 years, from May 15, 2025.

On May 21st, the Standing Committee of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee decided on personnel matters. Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee decided to appoint Ms. Truong Thanh Huyen, a member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, as the Head of the Organization Committee. The decision took effect immediately.
Ms. Truong Thanh Huyen was born on January 10, 1972; hometown: Ky Hung commune, Ky Anh town, Ha Tinh province; Education: Bachelor of Mathematics, Master of Education Management.
Ms. Truong Thanh Huyen is a member of multiple Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee tenures and has held important positions such as Head of the Provincial Mass Mobilization Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council, Vice Head of the Provincial Propaganda Committee, and Secretary of Loc Ha District Party Committee.

Earlier, on the morning of May 19th, the Ha Tinh Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism held a ceremony to announce decisions on personnel work.
According to the Ha Tinh newspaper, at the ceremony, the delegates were presented with Decision No. 1068/QD-UBND dated May 16, 2025, of the Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee on the reception and appointment of officials.
Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Cong Thanh (born in 1975), Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Ha Tinh Newspaper, was received by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism from May 19, 2025, and appointed as Vice Director of the Department. The term of office is 5 years.

Unusual Heavy Rainfall Causes Flooding in Ha Tinh, Damaging Over 2,000 Hectares of Rice Fields
