On May 26th, representatives from the People’s Committee of Thach That district announced that the District Land Development Center, in collaboration with other organizations, held an auction for the land-use rights of 24 plots in Binh Xa village, Quang Trung commune.

The 24 residential plots in Binh Xa village, Quang Trung commune, offered a total land area of 1,998.7 square meters. The land is adjacent to Provincial Road 419 and the Vietnam-Hung Industrial University.

The auction attracted 361 participants with 1,895 applications. The bidding process involved a direct secret ballot with multiple rounds, using an ascending price method for each plot. The starting price for the five plots labeled from A-01 to A-05 was VND 15,939,000 per square meter, while the starting price for the remaining 19 plots, from A-06 to A-20 and from A-23 to A-26, was VND 10,395,000 per square meter. The common bid increment was VND 15,000,000 per square meter.

After five rounds of bidding, all 24 plots in Binh Xa village, Quang Trung commune, were successfully auctioned, with winning bids ranging from VND 70,395,000 to VND 180,939,000 per square meter. The total revenue generated from the successful auction of these plots amounted to nearly VND 237.6 billion.

According to the plan, the auctioned land is located near the North-South economic route. In terms of the capital’s planning and regional planning of the district, the land is positioned close to new residential and industrial areas.
