Ascott and TTC Phu Quoc Sign Deal for Citadines Selavia Phu Quoc

This strategic move propels Selavia towards its aspiration to become Vietnam’s new iconic resort destination on the international tourism map.

Citadines Selavia Phu Quoc – A Global Imprint in the Heart of Pearl Island

According to the agreement, Ascott will collaborate with TTC Phu Quoc in providing international standard technical consulting and operating the high-rise hotel division under the brand name Citadines Selavia Phu Quoc, which is part of the Selavia project. The hotel is expected to commence operations in Q3 2027, offering over 40,000 sqm of floor space. It will feature hundreds of premium international-standard residences, along with amenities such as swimming pools, a gym, restaurants, lounges, co-working spaces, and children’s play areas. This aligns with the rising trend of ‘bleisure’ tourism, combining business and leisure.

Selavia – From Local Authenticity to Global Standards

Selavia Phu Quoc is an integrated “All-in-One” coastal urban area developed by TTC Phu Quoc in South Island. Spanning almost 180 hectares, it boasts a private beach over 2km long and enjoys a “Four-Nearby, Four-Blessings” Feng Shui location, integrating sea, mountains, urban amenities, and convenient transportation. It is also an artificial lotus island, inspired by Vietnam’s national flower, symbolizing beauty emerging from adversity.

The project is master-planned and designed by Royal HaskoningDHV (Netherlands), the renowned firm behind the iconic Palm Island in Dubai.

At the signing ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ngu – Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of TTC Phu Quoc, expressed the company’s commitment to close collaboration and facilitation for Ascott’s technical consulting and project operation. “We believe that the combination of local strengths and international expertise will bring unique and sustainable value to investors, customers, and the community,” he affirmed.
