According to the agreement, Ascott will collaborate with TTC Phu Quoc in providing international standard technical consulting and operating the high-rise hotel division under the brand name Citadines Selavia Phu Quoc, which is part of the Selavia project. The hotel is expected to commence operations in Q3 2027, offering over 40,000 sqm of floor space. It will feature hundreds of premium international-standard residences, along with amenities such as swimming pools, a gym, restaurants, lounges, co-working spaces, and children’s play areas. This aligns with the rising trend of ‘bleisure’ tourism, combining business and leisure.

Selavia Phu Quoc is an integrated “All-in-One” coastal urban area developed by TTC Phu Quoc in South Island. Spanning almost 180 hectares, it boasts a private beach over 2km long and enjoys a “Four-Nearby, Four-Blessings” Feng Shui location, integrating sea, mountains, urban amenities, and convenient transportation. It is also an artificial lotus island, inspired by Vietnam’s national flower, symbolizing beauty emerging from adversity.

The project is master-planned and designed by Royal HaskoningDHV (Netherlands), the renowned firm behind the iconic Palm Island in Dubai.
