The Hanoi People’s Committee has issued a decision to adjust and supplement the 2025 land use plan for Thanh Tri district, which was previously approved by the city’s People’s Committee in Decision No. 210/QD-UBND dated January 13, 2025.

Accordingly, the Hanoi People’s Committee has adjusted and added a list of 27 projects with a total land area of 302.53 hectares. This includes: The new urban area of C3-1 in Dai Ang commune; the new urban area in Lien Ninh commune; construction of a road connecting Hoa Binh Bridge to Nam Linh Dam urban area; the number 2 land auction area in Tam Hiep commune; upgrading the secondary school in Huu Hoa commune; upgrading kindergarten A in Lien Ninh commune; construction of Ngoc Hoi Bridge and its approach roads; the new Cau Buou urban area; Trade Center and residential area…

Notably, three social housing projects have been added to the 2025 land use plan, namely: Tan Trieu Social Housing Project (with a scale of 6.97 ha, implemented by the Urban and Industrial Development Corporation in Tan Trieu commune); Project on investment in social housing for officers and soldiers of the Ministry of Public Security in Thanh Liet commune; and the Project on housing for the armed forces of the People’s Public Security at land lot A18 of the Urban Function Area in the South of Ring Road 3 (in Thanh Liet commune)

The Hanoi People’s Committee has also adjusted the number of projects and the area mentioned in Clause 1, Article 1 to: 145 projects with a total area of 679.12 ha of land.

The Hanoi People’s Committee has also issued a decision approving the adjustment and supplement to the 2025 land use plan for Gia Lam district, which was previously approved by the city’s People’s Committee in Decision No. 122/QD-UBND dated January 8, 2025.

Accordingly, 12 works and projects with a total land use area of about 284.57 ha have been adjusted and supplemented in the List of works and projects to be implemented in the 2025 land use plan of Gia Lam district.

Among the 12 newly added projects, there are many important ones. For example: Investment in infrastructure construction for Hapro Food Industrial Cluster; investment in the construction of a smart vocational high school; upgrading and expanding the Nam Son inland waterway port into the Gia Lam general port; and upgrading National Highway 1A from the new Duong Bridge to the end of Gia Lam district.

With the addition of these 12 projects and works, the List of projects and works in the 2025 land use plan of Gia Lam district now includes 140 projects, with a total area of about 998.9 ha.
