Century Yarn Joint Stock Company (Ticker: STK, HoSE exchange) has just announced a transaction related to the company’s insider trading.
Accordingly, Ms. Dang My Linh, Vice Chairman of the Board of Century Yarn, has registered to purchase 7 million STK shares. The transaction is expected to take place between June 1, 2025, and June 30, 2025, through matching and/or agreement.
If the transaction is successful, Ms. Linh’s ownership of STK shares will increase from nearly 14 million to nearly 21 million, equivalent to an increase in holding ratio from 14.47% to 21.72% of the capital in Century Yarn.
Assuming the stock price remains at the level of the trading session on the morning of May 27, 2025 (26,200 VND/share), it is estimated that the Vice Chairman of Century Yarn will have to spend approximately VND 183.4 billion to purchase the registered number of shares.

Ms. Dang My Linh is one of the founding members of Century Yarn and was appointed Vice Chairman of the Board since April 9, 2025. Prior to her appointment, Ms. Linh was the Chairman of the Board.
Mr. Dang Trieu Hoa, the company’s founder and Ms. Linh’s brother, was also appointed Chairman of the Board of Century Yarn on the same date. Previously, Mr. Hoa served as Vice Chairman and General Director of the company.
In terms of business performance, according to the consolidated financial statements for the first quarter of 2025, Century Yarn recorded net revenue of nearly VND 376.4 billion, up 41.6% over the same period last year. After deducting taxes and expenses, the company reported a net profit of VND 35.6 billion, 50 times higher than the first quarter of 2024.
For the full year 2025, the company plans to achieve a net revenue of over VND 3,270 billion, up 270.2% compared to the revenue realized in 2024, and an estimated net profit of over VND 309.8 billion, an increase of 2,498.1%.
Thus, at the end of the first quarter of 2025, the company has accomplished 11.5% of the planned net revenue and 11.5% of the net profit target.
As of March 31, 2025, the company’s total assets increased slightly by 2.1% from the beginning of the year to nearly VND 3,890.6 billion. Inventories accounted for VND 689.1 billion, or 17.7% of total assets, while long-term assets under construction stood at VND 2,171.2 billion, representing 55.8% of total assets.
On the liability side of the balance sheet, total liabilities were VND 2,147.8 billion, a slight increase of VND 43.9 billion from the beginning of the year. Of this, loans and finance leases amounted to over VND 1,724.1 billion, accounting for 80.3% of total liabilities.
