According to Báo Bình Phước, on May 27, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Tran Tue Hien, along with leaders of related departments and localities, worked with TH Group on proposed investment projects in Binh Phuoc province.
At the meeting, Mr. Le Quang Anh, Head of Investment Consulting of TH Group’s projects, introduced the group and proposed five projects in the fields of industry, urban areas, golf courses, and high-tech agricultural production to be invested in Binh Phuoc province.
TH Group also proposed to be involved and consulted during the implementation of the province’s planning schemes. They requested guidance and support regarding investment procedures, land acquisition, compensation, and site clearance for the project area currently allocated to households. While TH Group has a diverse range of business interests, they have not yet ventured into urban development or golf course construction.
Binh Phuoc province currently does not have any golf courses. According to Decision 1489/QD-TTg by the Prime Minister, the province’s planning for the period of 2021-2030, with a vision towards 2050, includes a project for a Golf Course, Urban, and Commercial Complex among the prioritized projects.
This planning decision also identifies the province’s intention to attract investors for tourism infrastructure and operations, including the development of 4-5 star hotels and golf courses. It proposes the construction of an 18-hole golf course in Minh Thang, Chơn Thành.
