To ensure safety and smooth transportation on the road network during the entrance exam for 10th grade, the Vietnam Road Administration (VRMA) has requested that relevant agencies and units inspect and immediately address any issues related to traffic organization, infrastructure, and safety conditions at intersections near schools.

The VRMA directs the adjustment and supplementation of road signage, traffic diversion, and warning systems, pothole repairs, road cleaning and drainage, vegetation clearance for improved visibility, and the removal of encroachment on road safety corridors and sidewalks to ensure unobstructed traffic flow.

The Road Management Units I, II, III, and IV shall instruct and require the regional road management offices, BOT road investors, VEC, and non-stop electronic toll collection units (VETC, VDTC) under their management to arrange equipment and personnel on a 24/7 basis to ensure timely response to accidents and incidents.

A hotline shall be established to ensure road safety and improve transport quality, providing the best service to the public.

The Departments of Construction shall notify the People’s Committees of districts, towns, and cities, as well as relevant investors and units, to ensure road safety on routes under their management. They shall also organize road transport services to meet the travel demands of examinees and the public.

The VRMA assigns Road Management Units I, II, III, and IV and the Departments of Construction to coordinate with local authorities, traffic police, VEC, VETC, VDTC, and relevant BOT road investors to regulate traffic and maintain order at exam venues and along connecting routes, ensuring smooth and safe transportation.
