Tam Diep II Industrial Park is conveniently located in Quang Son commune, Tam Diep city, with easy access to strategic routes such as the East-West road, tunnels, and the North-South expressway. The industrial park is adjacent to agricultural land on its west and south sides, while its north side borders the East-West road. It is expected to attract approximately 19,300 workers.
According to the adjusted planning, the area for industrial production and warehouses accounts for more than 258.5 hectares, equivalent to over 68% of the total area of the park. Of this, the province allocates 5 hectares specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises, supporting industries, innovative enterprises, and investment incentive beneficiaries.
Tam Diep II Industrial Park is envisioned as a multi-sectoral industrial park, prioritizing high-tech, clean industries, electronics, and automobile manufacturing and assembly. Projects with potential environmental risks will not be considered for investment here.
Previously, in October 2019, the construction plan for Tam Diep II Industrial Park was approved for the first time, spanning an area of over 363 hectares.
As of now, Ninh Binh province has planned seven industrial parks covering a total area of 1,433 hectares. Among these, five industrial parks, namely Khanh Phu, Gian Khau, Tam Diep I, Phuc Son, and Khanh Cu, have been established and are operating stably, with a combined area of nearly 850 hectares. By 2030, the province aims to develop 12 industrial parks, spanning approximately 2,813 hectares.
