Based on the proposal of the large shareholder, Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group (Petrovietnam), and the requirements for personnel organization work, the meeting agreed to dismiss Mr. Trinh Van Khiem from his position as a member of the Board, effective May 30, 2025. Mr. Khiem was elected to the PVFCCo – Phu My BOM on June 16, 2020, and has now been assigned to another unit.
The meeting approved the election of Ms. Vo Thi Thanh Ngoc, a member of the Board of Management of Vietnam National Gas Corporation – Joint Stock Company (PV GAS), as a member of the PVFCCo – Phu My BOM, effective May 30, 2025.

Ms. Ngoc’s joining of the PVFCCo – Phu My BOM is anticipated to infuse new energy into the strategic management of the Corporation. With her vast experience in deep processing, petrochemicals, and clean energy, she is trusted to play a crucial role in realizing the strategy of expanding the scope of activities, professionalizing, and enhancing the management capabilities of PVFCCo – Phu My in this new phase of development.

Ms. Vo Thi Thanh Ngoc is a seasoned expert in the petrochemical and energy sectors. She possesses a strong academic and professional background: a Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, a Master’s degree in Business Administration, and a Master’s degree in Applied Chemistry. Throughout her over 25-year career, she has held significant positions such as Deputy General Director of Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical Joint Stock Company, Deputy Head of Petroleum Processing at Petrovietnam, and lecturer at the Petroleum Technical Training Center – PVMTC. |
