Merger Creates High Expectations for a Breakthrough

Before the merger proposal, Hai Duong was considered a province with a stable development rate, but it had not yet made a significant breakthrough compared to its “neighbors,” Hai Phong and Quang Ninh. According to statistics from the General Statistics Office, in 2024, Hai Duong’s GRDP reached VND 212,386 billion, ranking 11th in the country. In the same year, Hai Phong’s GRDP reached VND 445,995 billion, ranking 5th nationwide.

In terms of economic structure, Hai Duong has a strong industrial foundation, with the proportion of industry and construction reaching 56.7%, higher than that of Hai Phong (53.08%). However, a mentioned limitation was the lack of synchronized infrastructure and regional planning.

Things are gradually changing with the merger proposal. The new Hai Phong city, including the current Hai Phong and Hai Duong province, will become a megacity with a population of over 4.6 million and a GRDP expected to exceed VND 658,000 billion. This will be accompanied by a complete infrastructure system, including deep-water seaports, international airports, inter-regional railways, roads, and waterways, making it one of the three largest economic centers in the country, after Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

Phu Quy Golden Land – A Model Urban Area in the Heart of Inter-Regional Development

Infrastructure development is identified as a crucial factor in Hai Duong’s transformation. In addition to existing arterial routes such as National Highway 5 and the Hanoi-Hai Phong expressway, the province is promoting investment in a new 23.5 km long expressway connecting Hai Duong city with the center of Hai Phong and the seaport to enhance intra-regional connectivity and reduce traffic pressure.

Dai Loc 2 Landscape

The infrastructure development wave is paving the way for a strong real estate market emergence. Many large-scale projects that have been prepared beforehand now have the opportunity to break through, notably Phu Quy Golden Land – a modern urban area with a phase 1 scale of 56.7 hectares in Thach Khoi – Tan Hung, invested by Quang Giap Group Joint Stock Company, with a total capital of up to VND 950 billion.

Strategically located next to National Highway 37, a vital route in the key northern economic region, the project offers quick connections to Hanoi, Hai Phong, Bac Ninh, and numerous large industrial clusters, such as Thach Khoi and Gia Xuyen. Residents here can also easily access synchronous utilities such as the provincial sports complex, Hai Duong University of Economics and Technology, and the Children’s Hospital.

The project is planned with three subdivisions: Dai Loc 1, Dai Loc 2, and Tai Phu, each with a unique character, creating a diverse and experiential living ecosystem. Especially in the Tai Phu area, it is expected that three social housing buildings will be constructed in 2025, providing 1,500 high-quality apartments to meet the growing housing needs of the people.

Phu Quy – The Golden Land is not just an urban area but a work of architectural art that bears the mark of the investor – Quang Giap Group. With the accompaniment of domestic and foreign design experts, the project is planned as a modern city within Hai Duong city, where every landscape corner is meticulously crafted as part of an architectural and natural symphony.

The project’s highlight lies in the fusion of modern living space and diverse landscape amenities. The spacious parks, ecological lakes, artistic flower arches, and walking paths winding through the green trees not only bring a fresh atmosphere but also evoke a sense of peace and tranquility when returning home.

The investor also dedicates a lot of heart to iconic structures such as the Arc de Triomphe, the Viewing Dock, the Bich Ngoc Lake, and the 12 Zodiac Garden. Each detail exudes aesthetics and community connection, creating a space that is both convenient and poetic.

The presence of outdoor sports areas, playgrounds, schools, and common living spaces not only serve the residents’ lives but also promote a dynamic and modern pace of life – in line with the investor’s orientation: to create a livable place where every resident can feel the value of quality and sustainability over time.

Tai Phu area featuring the Giant Chessboard

With its central location, well-planned layout, and long-term vision, Phu Quy Golden Land not only creates a desirable living space but also becomes a new symbol of the investment wave flowing into Hai Duong – a region transforming into a “super industrial province” in the North. This is the golden opportunity for investors and pioneering residents to seize the breakthrough potential of this promising land.
