The Hanoi People’s Committee has recently issued Decision No. 2702/QD-UBND on adjusting and supplementing the 2025 land use plan in Chuong My District.
Accordingly, Hanoi adjusted the land use plan for three projects to renovate and upgrade pumping stations in Nhan Ly, My Thuong, and My Ha, with a total area of about 8.58 hectares. The city also added land use plans for five projects to build works, urban areas, and housing with a total land use area of about 45.73 hectares.
Specifically, the project on technical infrastructure construction for land auction in Khu Doc, Dao Ngan village (Hop Dong commune) has an area of 0.36 hectares; the new urban area project in Dong Vai – Xuan Mai (Xuan Mai town) has an area of 21.8 hectares; the new urban area project in Tien Truong – Xuan Mai (Xuan Mai town) has an area of 20.82 hectares; and the project on building houses for the armed forces of the People’s Police (Dong Son commune) has an area of 0.75 hectares…
