The Land Development Center of Bien Hoa City has just announced the land retrieval to implement the Hiep Hoa Urban Area project in Hiep Hoa ward, Bien Hoa city.

Accordingly, the Land Development Center of the city announced to households, individuals, and organizations whose houses and land are subject to retrieval under the Hiep Hoa Urban Area project. Cases that have been issued with a land retrieval notice for the Hiep Hoa Urban Area project in Hiep Hoa ward, Bien Hoa city, include land lots numbered: 170, 171, 172, 173, 174, 175, and 176/2025 dated April 17, 2025, covering an area of about 100ha, with 1,073 cases of land retrieval notices issued.

At present, the People’s Committee of Hiep Hoa ward has coordinated in sending land retrieval notices to each land retriever, owner of assets attached to the land, and related rights and obligations.

In case you have not received the land retrieval notice, households, individuals, and organizations are requested to contact the People’s Committee of Hiep Hoa ward or the Land Development Center of Bien Hoa city to receive the land retrieval notice for the Hiep Hoa Urban Area project in Hiep Hoa ward, Bien Hoa city.

Earlier, in March 2025, the People’s Committee of Dong Nai province approved the task of detailed planning at a ratio of 1/500 for the Hiep Hoa Urban Area project, Bien Hoa city.

The Hiep Hoa Urban Area project has a scale of 293 ha, located at the central gateway of Bien Hoa city, as well as adjacent to the Dong Nai and Cai rivers.

The expected investment amount for this urban area is VND 72,290 billion. In addition, compensation and resettlement costs are estimated at VND 16,700 billion.

The Hiep Hoa Urban Area project is invested by the Sun Group Corporation, with a construction period of 12 years, divided into 6 phases from the time of investment approval (2023-2035).

According to the planning, the project includes two types of housing: low-rise (villas, adjacent houses) and high-rise (commercial apartments, social housing). The construction area will account for about 20% of the total project land area. Upon completion, the Hiep Hoa Urban Area is expected to accommodate a population of about 31,600 people.

The Hiep Hoa Urban Area project is invested with the goal of forming a new urban and service complex area, with a low construction density, creating a modern and harmonious space with the natural landscape.
