“We assure that our products adhere to stringent veterinary and product quality control processes, ensuring food safety and hygiene,” stated C.P Vietnam in their announcement.
The company is actively collaborating with authorities to clarify and address the issue according to legal regulations, protecting their legitimate business interests, and taking strict action against defamation and fabrication.
“C.P.’s operations continue as usual, abiding by all legal requirements. The interests of our customers, partners, and consumers are absolutely safeguarded,” the company affirmed in their statement.

Earlier, a Facebook and Zalo account shared a post accusing C.P. leaders of distributing unsafe meat products. The post garnered significant engagement and was widely shared, causing concern among the public. CPFood Vietnam’s website was reported to be inaccessible during the morning and afternoon of May 30, 2025, with their fanpage stating that it is under maintenance.
