Hoằng Hóa District People’s Committee Chairman Le Thanh Hai has issued a directive to relevant authorities in Hoang Tien Commune, the Department of Economics, Infrastructure and Urban Affairs, and EURO Tourism and Trading Company Limited (EURO Company) to dismantle illegal constructions in the company’s project in Hai Tien Sea Ecological Tourism Area.

EURO Company’s illegal constructions proliferate along the Hai Tien beach, but authorities have failed to address the violations.
According to the directive, the Hoang Hoa District People’s Committee requests the Hoang Tien Commune People’s Committee to organize forces to immediately dismantle constructions that violate legal regulations in Zone B and Zone D of the EURO Company’s project.
The dismantling should be completed by June 5, with a report on the results submitted to the District People’s Committee by June 7. After the clearance, proper management should be implemented to prevent re-violation.
As previously reported by NLD, on March 15, during an inspection of construction order in Hoang Tien Commune, Hoang Hoa District, the Commune People’s Committee discovered that EURO Company had illegally constructed public bathrooms and showers along the dike adjacent to Hoang Hai Commune.

Despite being stopped, several structures have been completed and are now operational.
The inspection revealed five structures (bathrooms and showers) under construction, including two with completed walls, two with finished concrete foundations and columns, and one with a concrete foundation. The Commune People’s Committee issued a notice ordering the cessation of construction and the dismantling of the structures by March 31.
However, as of April 1, EURO Company had not complied with the dismantling order. The company later met with the Commune People’s Committee and requested permission to plant grass, pave walkways, install lighting, and set up mobile public toilets, with a deadline of April 17, 2025.
Nevertheless, after this date, the company failed to present approval documents from authorized agencies for adjustments to the planning of certain items related to the illegal construction sites.
On April 23, the Commune People’s Committee conducted an inspection and found that the company was continuing to roof the illegally constructed buildings with plastic tiles, disregarding the Commune’s resolute intervention.

The structures proliferate along the beachfront for business purposes.
As the violation handling was beyond their authority, the Commune People’s Committee reported the issue to the Hoang Hoa District People’s Committee and the Department of Economics and Infrastructure for further handling. However, as of May 24, no action has been taken.
According to the Hoang Hoa District People’s Committee, the Hai Tien Sea Ecological Tourism Area project was approved with a 1/500 detailed planning by the District People’s Committee in Decision No. 5058/QD-UBND dated August 10, 2018. The land adjacent to the beach in Zones B and D of the project, invested by EURO Company, was designated as protective forest land.
However, inspections and reviews revealed that EURO Company is constructing several structures (bathrooms, showers, service counters, etc.) that are not included in the approved planning.
“Illegal Construction by EURO Company: County Orders Removal Within 3 Months”
Despite the blatant violations, the People’s Committee of Hoang Hoa District, Thanh Hoa Province, has extended the deadline for the illegal structure’s demolition by Euro Company by three months.
The Arrest of the ‘Super Ward’ Chairman in Dong Nai: Unveiling the Reasons
“In a scheme to facilitate illegal construction on agricultural land, Thanh, Vinh, and Luyen distributed bribes to officials in Trảng Dài Ward. Their corrupt actions ensured that residents could bypass regulations and build without fear of repercussions. The trio’s influence-peddling included protection from inspections, violation reports, and any enforcement to halt construction or demolish the illegal structures.”
